Small dry lumps on nipples

Has anyone else had a couple of dry lumps on their nipples, i am 19 weeks pregnant and noticed them a couple of months ago but now they are quite dry, they look to big for the Montgomery glands though. can’t seem to find anything like it online!

I would show your midwife at your next appointment. How wide are they in diameter? The Montgomery's bumps do get larger in pregnancy.

Share your concerns with a doctor just in case.

I would say they are just over a 1cm in size, I have one on each nipple. They are not itchy or sore just noticed that they look different to the other glands. Will check with midwife at next app. Thank you 😊
