High TSH, all pg symptoms but BFN! Spotting on CD25 (brown and light pink)!

Hi Ladies
This is my first post here.
I am 37 ttc.. one miscarriage in 2020, had a cervical fibroid removed , now again ttc. I got my periods on 3/2. (My cycles are all over the place) .. I noticed some brown spotting on my panty liner (sorry tmi) on cd 25, and light pink discharge when I wiped.
I am also a hypothyroidism patient since 1998. My blood test on 29/1 - tsh was absolutely normal 0.76. Dose adjusted.
Now I am experiencing heavy boobs/ really hard boobs/ nausea on some days / very emotional.
To top it up my today’s tsh has come back with a level of 20!!! I am really shocked on how it’s gone that high.

Been doing tests every alternate day and it’s coming back with BFN. My cycles are so irregular but AF was due today and hasn’t arrived and today’s test was BFN.

Do you guys think I could be pg considering the spotting at cd25, the symptoms and the raised tsh?? Pls pls help!

Hi, I'm new to posting too but seem to have similar symptoms to you, I have on off nausea but only slight and have a short temper lately, I also have a bloated lower abdomen and the odd pricking sensation in my nipples and can't eat ad much as usual, I have done a few tests and the afternoon ones have been negative but the 2 morning ones iv done had very very faint lines that came up straight away do I don't think evaporation marks, but I have to be in the right light to see the line...its got me so confused. I think with your late period and spotting pregnancy could be a possibility! Have you any updates?
