4w 6d - Loss of symptoms?

Hi :) I have 2 amazing boys and I found out I’m pregnant with my 3rd last week. I had quite a few symptoms at first - veiny boobs, bouts of nausea and some light headed-ness. However for the last 2-3 days I’ve barely felt nauseous at all, and it seems like I haven’t got any symptoms anymore! And then yesterday I started having light aches in my lower stomach, kind of like period cramps but they were mild and disappeared after 30 mins or so, and haven’t came back.

I’m now really paranoid that this is going to end with a miscarriage 😟 I’ve had 4 early pregnancy losses over the last 4 years, including an ectopic and a missed miscarriage. My other two were early miscarriages both around 5 weeks, and both started with light bleeding. Every time I pee I’m terrified I’m going to see blood and at this point it’s what I’m expecting!

Just wondering if anyone lost their symptoms at this stage, or had the pains I’m describing? One symptom that is continuing is increased cervical mucus so that’s something I suppose :)

You're very early for symptoms... symptoms are caused by hcg which still won't be very high. Most people don't get anything more than pms type symptoms until around the 6 week mark.

Just take one day at a time.

Never got any symptoms until around 6 weeks, think this is normal.
I reckon the internet probably over represents the 'symptom feelers' as they are all busy posting about how they are definitely feeling sooo many symptoms at 2dpo...
People without symptoms don't write about them!

Just realised this is your third! When did you start feeling symptoms with the first two? Not that that necessarily means anything for this pregnancy of course, could be totally different Smile

Symptoms don't mean anything and every pregnancy if different.
Symptoms come and go or go altogether and never return. Some just don't get symptoms at all.
You're very early anyway so they may come back in full force.

They show no indication of how well your pregnancy is going or if it's going to go well or not.
