10 weeks vomiting and migraines worse than ever!

Title says it all really.
This is my second pregnancy. First pregnancy I had HG and was on anti sickness, had constant migraines through the first trimester which I took medication for (sumatriptan)
This is second pregnancy and although I’ve had frequent nausea I only has occasional vomiting. Migraines have also been under control and I’ve only had 1 since the start of the pregnancy.
Until this week when the migraine from hell started. I’m on day 4 and sumatriptan isn’t working and I’m vomiting throughout the day 😩

Anyone else suffered similar? Tips for getting through?

Didn’t want to run and read in I’m similar position. Second pregnancy had hg with first and I’ve had it this time. I’ve been on sickness tablets since 8 weeks and for the migraines I’ve took dissolvable paracetamol
