Currently 7+2, some days I feel awful, some days totally fine. Didn't have this with the first one so totally worried that when the sickness stops something is wrong... is it meant to come and go like this?!

Mine came and went. Eventually went at 9 weeks and convinced myself I lost the baby. Now 16 .5 weeks with a healthy baby girl 💖💖 take the good days and run with them!!! I understand it's worrying but try to enjoy them 🥰 xxx

Yep, totally normal. Embrace the non-sickness times as it'll likely get worse between weeks 9-12, that was the peak for me and it was miserable (but worth it, obviously). I'm 37 weeks now so ended up fine for me :)

Thank you that's reassuring. So worrying isn't it! First trimester has been so nerve wracking so far!!
