Gestational sac?

Hi I went for an early scan a couple days ago and they did an internal scan on me. I was shown a gestational sac and was told they could see the yolk sac too. I went in thinking I was around 6.5 weeks pregnant but I was told looking at the scan it looked more like 5 week. We looked at my period and cycle info that I have on my FLO app and the nurse said that you've possibly ovulated late.
I have another scan in 2 weeks to see if there's progression.
Has anyone else been in this situation?
TIA

@Cellwen we are going to put it on hold for this year. I've been pregnant 4 times in the last 10 months so for my own sanity and my body to rest, we've decided to leave it this year and come back to it next year. We are both 25, so we have age in our side to be able to take a break.

Also pushed them at the hospital to put me in different consultant care in the miscarriage clinic and they have. And I have my first appointment with them in April 9th, so even tho we aren't trying I still want the ball rolling

@MollySxx good idea to take a break, sadly time isn’t on my side I’m 41 so have to keep pushing in while I still can. I suffered from anorexia and bulimia in my 20’s and 30’s so unfortunately we started trying late. Have you had any tests done? If not push for this, recurrent miscarriage bloods and have you had your thyroid checked this is another thing that can cause problems all of the findings from above can be treated. I had three miscarriages then my daughter. I’ve had another three miscarriages so just praying it will work next time if only we had a crystal ball. Thinking of you sweetheart I’m positive it will work for you. Sending lots of love xx

@Cellwen yes, I've had sticky blood, thyroid, thrombophilla, pelvis scan, all came back fine and clear. My ovaries checked, all fine. I think next step is testing for my partner. Which we'd have to pay privately for because NHS don't offer that. I feel like they focus it more on a woman's 'issue'

Sending some many positive thoughts and love to you x
