Can you take/mix these vitamins?

I'm 30 weeks pregnant tomorrow, I've been taking Vitamin D3, Vitamin C & Vitamin B12 plus drinking orange juice.
Recently (as in the past couple of days) I've been taking Biotin & Magnesium also as I'm aware how good those supplements are for you. Are all these vitamins safe to take & mix together whilst pregnant?

Also, my bloods came back saying I had low iron, I've suffered with anaemia on and off over the years. I was put on Ferrous Sulfate tablets. However, I ended up buying Spatone sachets before I got the prescription for the Ferrous Sulfate pills. Is it safe to take both the Spatone and iron pills? Or am I best just sticking to the one source?

I'm aware Mumsnet isn't a place where I'm going to get medical advice, but, I'm just curious if anyone has the answer :)

Off the top of my head, no.

Alot of fertility clinics advocate the use of lots of different multi-vitamins from before conception right through to after delivery. I'd not double up the iron now though as your doctor should have calculated the appropriate dose based on the blood results (in theory).
