Sore nipples a sign of labour?

I'm 38 weeks today and just wondering if anyone knows if super sore nipples are a sign of labour starting any time soon? They've been sore for a few weeks now but my god they have ramped up the past few days. Can also squeeze out more colostrum today than I have been able to. Please give me good news I am fed up!!

They're not unfortunately. If anything, it's more a sign that your milk is developing. Every time mine get sore, I leak more

@SnooperTrooper12345 that's very disappointing!! I haven't leaked yet, just when massaging.

You could still have 4 weeks left yet! Especially if it's your first! Good luck

Good luck! The 38 weeks and beyond point is the longest in the world! I don't really believe in signs of labour, I'm afraid. I literally just woke up to contractions one morning and that was that, no indication of anything else. Also, the facts are that if it's your first baby, chances are you'll be overdue 😬.
