Self-referral at Whittington Hospital

Hi all,

Has anyone recently complete self-referral form online?

Does it take long for the hospital to contact you for the booking appointment?

I am at 6th week now and it is kind of a little worried as the time gone by...

I did, and they took quite a while to get back to me - maybe 10 days. I didn't have my first phone call until 8 or 9 weeks I think.
