Previous GD pregnant & pregnant with no 2 .

Has anyone had gestational diabetes in a previous pregnancy & got pregnant with second within a year of having first?
I have a high BMI, I exclusively breastfeed & I had GD with my pregnancy ..
I also had a c section ..
Has anyone been through similar .. just want to know everything will be ok

I am in a very similar situation to you, they are testing me for GD at 16 weeks (2 weeks time) this time around so it can be found early and managed.
