Sharp stabbing pains and spotting after bfp

Hi, I got a positive pregnancy test yesterday at 10dpo, today's test looked a little darker (11dpo).

I've been having a lot of really strong cramps today as well as these sharp pains concentrated on one spot on the right side of my uterus. It's like a stabbing pain except it lasts for a few seconds and then fades. Is this normal/okay? This is very unusual for me. My periods are normally very mildly uncomfortable without much pain.

I also had light pink and brown spotting today and yesterday.

Hey :) this could be implantation bleeding and cramping.
I wouldn't worry, but obviously monitor this. And if you get anymore bleeding then go to the hospital! Keep us updated? X

Update: I woke up this morning and I am bleeding like the start of my normal period 😩

I hope your okay.. this happened to me last month 😭
Found out I was pregnant then exactly 1 week later I started bleeding very heavily, turns out was a chemical.
As it was so early we have decided to start trying again.
