Pelvic Discomfort & Pregnancy Wedge

Hi Everyone,

I’ve been experiencing pelvic discomfort the last few weeks, just where my left inner thigh meets my pubic bone, and this is worse after sitting or lying down for any length of time.

I mentioned this to my midwife taking our Hypnobirthing class this morning & she recommended one of these but unfortunately they are sold out & I can’t seem to find anything similar, can only find the bigger wedges to lie your head on or the long pregnancy/ breast feeding pillows, I’m really more looking for the smaller wedge to pop under my hips/ pelvis when sitting or lying.

Has anyone used any of these or something similar and can recommend where to buy?

Any help or info much appreciated, thanks!

I don't know about any wedges but when lying down, if you fold a pillow in half and put it between your thighs, it should help.
It's better than nothing for now until you find something!

I have a wedge for sitting, try searching for something that's not pregnancy specific, like 'pelvic tilt wedge' or something like that. They sell them for good sitting posture not just for pregnancy

I suffer from the same kind of pain and I find a chunky cushion does the job just fine
