Sorry for the wanky title! 
I'm 4+4 with DC2 today
have had some nausea on and off the last few days but don't feel too bad overall!
I'm finding that I need something to focus on - feels like this will be the longest pregnancy ever, and I'm currently furloughed until non-essential opens up again. So I'm concentrating on generally taking care of myself.
I'm trying to plan some healthy meals, plenty of fruit and veg, and get myself and DC1 out every day for a 30 min walk. Not only do I want to take care of myself and baby, I'm aware that I'm about a stone heavier than I was at this point in my first pregnancy, so would like to regulate my weight and keep to a healthy gain if possible 
Anyone else the same?
