Bleed detected on ultrasound

Just wondering if anyone had any advice/similar thing happen to them...I had a reassurance scan at 9+4 and it was mentioned I had some implantation bleeding, but that it was nothing to worry about. I also had a scan at 7+4 and this wasn't mentioned then.
So I've obviously googled what this means (know that's the worst thing to do) but I just felt like I needed to know what it meant. Anyway from what I read, it's fairly common and will usually clear up on its own eventually - but I can't find any info on what the complications are if it doesn't? Does anyone know?
(I've not had any bleeding at all since the 3 days before I did a pregnancy test and that was just a bit of spotting)

I had a subchorionic haematoma found at my 12 week scan, they said it was likely where the sac hadn't fully implanted or come away from the wall in that area. They weren't concerned and I had no symptoms. It was gone at the 20 week scan and all looked normal. I'm 28 weeks now. I think it can cause visible bleeding and does increase the risk of a miscarriage, placental abruption or preterm labour but only if it keeps growing, is in a certain area or develops later in the pregnancy. Try not to worry about it as most of these are incidental findings and get reabsorbed into the pregnancy with no problems. Congrats on your pregnancy, try to enjoy it! Flowers

They found a black patch on my 5 week scan that they said could have been a bleed, they got me back for a scan at 8 weeks and it had completely gone ☺️ I never bled externally except for a small pink smudge the day before my BFP. Easier said than done but try not to worry! x

Thanks for both of your replies. In a way I kind of wish she hadn't said anything about it as then I wouldn't be able to worry! But fingers crossed everything is ok, 12 week scan is 2 weeks today so I hope those two weeks go quickly! Xx

Good luck with your pregnancies too ☺️
