I'm probably worrying over nothing but this baby dosent seem to kick and wiggle around as much as dc1 did. I do feel baby everyday but some days I barely feel much at all and when I do it's a few kicks here and there usually when I'm relaxing. I was just watching videos of my belly moving at around this point with dc1 and it occurred to me how much less this one wiggles. My placenta is not at the front, it's tucked behind baby where it should be.

Is this baby just quiet or was my first just a super wiggler?

My first was a boy and used to kick and wriggle around all of the time. DC2 was a girl and more of a shuffler. She still likes being comfy and relaxing years later.

I think as long as the movements are normal for LO it's ok. It's changed on movements that need investigating Thanks

@BunnyRuddington thanks for the reassurance! Baby does move and have their more wiggly moments but they are just quite chill in there so I guess that is the norm for them! My first is a wild child still to this day so hopefully this one will be a chilled out little one then 🤞🏼 😅

DC2 arrived and could usually be settled with a hand placed on the tum. Totally different from DC1 who had been a total Velcro baby.

Im currently 29 weeks and feel this baby doesnt move half as much as what first baby did. My hubby hasnt even been able to feel this baby yet, either the movements are not strong enough to feel on the outside or she does a somersalt and by time hubby gets hand on the belly she stops. A hand on the belly seems to settle her a bit. Whereas last time he felt our son really early and was able to feel him constantly. I worry a bit, but she does seem to be in her own routine and have got a bit of a pattern of awake times going recently which is reasuring.

All my babies have been different.
This baby is a lot quieter than the others have been.

It's all about the current baby, there is no normal for babies in general just your own at the time.
