Spotting in early pregnancy

Hi mamas!
I’m currently 5w6d
I started spotting a couple days ago (Monday) and went to have an ultrasound. My doctor found that there was a fetal pole and yolk sac which was good news because I had a miscarriage 2 months ago with an empty gestational sac. I’m still spotting light pinkish, only when I wipe and not much cramping. I called my OB and waiting to hear back. They also found a small hematoma outside my gestational sac which may be causing the spotting. Have you ladies had any spotting in early pregnancy or experienced a hematoma? I’m stressing out because of the miscarriage I had and just looking for some advice or comfort and success stories from people with the same situation I’m in thanks all!

I had 2 miscarriages and I'm on my 5th pregnancy, 3rd baby.
I have had brown and pink spotting between 4 and 7 weeks with every single pregnancy.
Had an early scan with 2 of the babies around 6 weeks and every time was told it was leftover blood from implantation and also where the foetus is burying deeper
