I'm only 9 weeks, but experience such bad hip pain and it's keeping me up. Tbh I had this before pregnancy 🙈, just not every night. Any idea what I can do? It's really effecting my sleep ☹️.

Depends what kind of pain you're getting.
If it's achy in and around the joint it could be arthritic. If you get shooting pain through hip to buttock and/or down leg it could be sciatica. May be other causes if it's been around pre-pregnancy.

Thanks I should of gone, I was just taking painkillers the days I had it. It's my hips and bottom of my spin. Weird in the day I'm fine it's just when I'm sleeping 🤦🏼‍♀️.

try a pillow between your knees and ankles at night to align your hips. A pregnancy pillow would be a good idea when you are a bit further along!

See if you can get any support from your GP - they sometimes let you self-refer for physio. There are so many things it could be and it's possible a pre-existing issue could get worse once PG hormones kick in. Better if you can get some help now.
