Almost 38 weeks, more and more movements each day??

I'm 37+5 and the past few days have noticed more movements as each day goes on. No crazy thrashing or abnormal movements, but today especially it just seems she is constantly fidgeting about with a max of about half hour "naps". They are all movements I am used to but the frequency is super high!

I'm not concerned about the movements but just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? Is this normal for this gestation? Could it mean labour is imminent??

I'm a FTM so I can't comment on whether labour is close but at 37+1 the movements are wild! Totally on another level.

@serialplanner good to know you're experiencing the same! I did end up calling the MAU last night and the Midwife said the movements are very reassuring and not to worry unless they reduce! How are you finding this week??
