11 Weeks with upset stomach & lower back ache

I'm not sure if I should be concerned and whether anyone has experienced the same.

I had stomach pains earlier today - more upset stomach pains than cramping, followed by one episode of diarrhea. The pains were quite bad at the time but have since stopped.

I am now feeling a ache in my lower back on one side, which is constant. This has started about 4 hours after my earlier upset stomach.

Should I be concerned and perhaps contact the Midwife team I am linked to from my booking appointment for their advice?

Has anyone else experienced the same?

It just sounds like an upset stomach.
If you feel better about it then call though

I know I shouldn't, but I googled the symptoms together and of course it comes up with some worrying things..!
I don't want the Midwife to think I am being silly, as so early in pregnancy! xx

It can be those thing. But they're also the symptoms of an upset stomach!
