Been carful but 2nd unplanned pregnancy

Hypothetical question-
So, say you had had all the children you wanted/planned for but had gone onto have an unplanned pregnancy that you went through with and turned out to be twins so two more children than originally expected to have.. now sometimes no matter how careful you are sometimes by sheer unluck? You found out you were pregnant again so would be a second unplanned pregnancy... would you - go through with it, keeping the baby, have a termination or would you ever consider putting the baby up for adoption?

A second unplanned pregnancy means the hypothetical person really wasn’t being careful!

I had 3 children and got a copper coil fitted. Less than a year later I found out I was pregnant, GP couldn't see coil on an internal examination. Sent me for scans at EPAU and they discovered no sign of the coil but 2 sacs and fetal heartbeats. I adore our twin girls who are almost 6 now. Planned or unplanned termination doesn't sit well with me, I couldn't willingly give one of my babies up either.

I thought I was happy with 5 for a while but planned current pregnancy.

Well say you had two, then twins so this is 5, can you afford them? Is there room? Can you cope?
Or had 4 then twins so 6 now this is 7, would one more even make much difference??

I wouldn't have a baby knowing I'd have it put up for adoption. And imagine growing up and finding out your parents were happily married when you were conceived, they were and continued to raise your 4 siblings but just gave away you?
And o don't know of I could have an abortion.

So yeah, we'd be over crowded and skint but we'd have an extra babu
