What do round ligament pains feel like?

I'm 21 weeks pregnant and went to the bathroom for a bowel movement about 40 minutes ago 🥴 sorry for tmi, since then I've had sharp pains in my lower abdomen either side, I do also feel like I might have trapped gas slightly. it does feel like muscle related, could it be round ligament pain/from straining on the toilet?

My round ligament pain felt like I’d got quite a painful stitch. Usually happened when I stood up or changed position quickly

A painful jab when you cough, sneeze hard or move in a funny way. @JemimaTiggywinkle is right, just like a stitch.
