...I know, it doesn't sound promising, does it? I've had early miscarriages before and am kind of prepared to be losing this one too.

I've got a toddler and didn't really notice my period was late until the other day, when I tested and got the BFP. It was quite a strong line. Since then I've had very light pink/brown when I wipe, not every time, and a cramping sensation but also the feeling of things 'stretching' that I remember from my successful pregnancy.

I tested again this morning and the line was still good, but wiped this evening and found fresh red blood. I have mild cramps but not awful. I'm feeling rather sad to let this one go. Maybe I just want a handhold. Is there any chance this pregnancy could still hang on?

I’ve had four pregnancies. Two miscarriages and two babies. All four began in this way with cramping and spotting. It may not be over.

Fingers crossed for you x

Thank you xx I know nobody can really give any practical advice but it does help to feel less alone with it, whichever way things go.
