Naproxen in early pregnancy

I’ve just found out I am about 6 weeks pregnant. I have obviously stopped now but I was taking naproxen for sciatica until I found out. The Dr says there are risks of a heart defect. Has anyone had any experience of this?

I haven't taken naproxen but I did have ibuprofen and cocodamol prior to getting my bfp as I have osteoarthritis. Baby is fine so far but only had my dating scan, anomaly scan isn't until end of March.

As you've stopped early, you should be fine 😊

Fingers crossed for you @Chelyanne. The Dr told me not to worry about the co-codamol so that’s positive.
