Is it normal to have period cramps at 14 weeks?? They are quite light and they come and go but I'm still worried. I notice they got worse when I sneeze !?

Yes it's extremely normal. Everything is stretching

Yes can be normal, as long as there is no bleeding I wouldn’t worry. If you are dehydrated it can cause mild contractions (not actual labour contractions) so maybe have a pint of water and see if it gets better

I had cramps off and on all the way through 1st and 2nd trimester and occasionally now in 3rd. It's totally normal. Sneezing is often agony!

I’m so happy you said that about the sneezing I thought I was alone!

As long as you have no bleeding and the cramps aren't agony then it's very normal. I had this a handful of times through the the first 12 weeks and I'm sure I even had it around 17 weeks too. It's just everything stretching that makes it feel like a period cramp and can be a little uncomfortable, but should only last a short while and then ease off.
