No period like cramps

Hi all,

I guess I'm just looking for someone/anyone to help reassure me.

Myself and my husband had a frozen round of IVF and got a positive test result on Friday 12th Feb. I've felt a little nausea but thats it really. My nipples are sore when they are cold but again that's it.

I haven't had any period like cramps that everyone talks about and I'm scared our embryo has implanted but stopped growing? Does anyone have any experience no having period like cramps?

Any helps would be so greatly appreciated xx

Congratulations! I had no cramps in my 2nd pregnancy or my 3rd (current) pregnancy. I was always convinced something was wrong because in my first it felt exactly like I was coming on my period. All was fine though!
