Same sickness, same gender?

I’m pregnant and my morning sickness is dreadful. It’s always dreadful but this time it’s exactly the same as it was with my son last year. (I have a baby due in my sons exact due date exactly one year on..). Anyway I’m convinced it’s another boy. What are your thoughts? Same pregnancy same gender?

So I have 2 girls already I had awful sickness with my 2nd abs nothing with my 1st no with this one I've had awful sickness too but I'm having a boy so I personally don't think it's all the same that's my opinion anyway xx
