Pop/poke in tummy area (not the baby!) HELP

I am freaking out here. 4/5 times over the past few days I’ve felt a strong pop/poke in my tummy when I’ve coughed. It’s very quick and not painful. Mostly on the right side but I happened once on the left too. It is definitely not the baby (midwife confirmed). Any ideas what is going on???

Have you got a hernia maybe? Sometimes they can come out when coughing. If it stays in all the rest of time and isn't painful they're usually fine.

Google did seem to lean towards hernia but I had no idea I had one (if I do)

@FurloughOrNo it’s not round ligament pain is it? This is more common on the right side, but can happen on the left side also. It’s more like a sharp stabbing pain when you cough or sneeze, stand up or turn over in bed x
