Morning sickness has stopped

I'm a bit anxious because I've had nausea and a few times I've actually been sick, only for about a week (very early days, only 5 weeks today) and I have had sore, heavy boobs. But today I've not felt any nausea at all and my boobs feel fine. I hope I'm just being silly but I'm really concerned this means something is wrong. Has anyone had morning sickness and sore boobs/other symptoms stop and everything be ok?

Symptoms dont mean anything in regards to how the pregnancy is going.
5 weeks is also very early. Plenty of time for things to come back.
Feel more lucky that it has disappeared.

I've never had sickness, only tiredness and sore boobs but they come and go day to day, sometime days at a time. I'm now 32 weeks. Happened in all my pregnancies

Thank you for your reply. I had a miscarriage last year and I'm just very anxious which I know will not help!

Hi! I’m now 14 weeks and been having nausea and vomiting since 5 and half weeks. Mine regularly went away for a few days and then came back with avengance. I used to to really worry on the days where I felt nothing but wish I had just taken advantage of those days now. Yesterday I felt great so I ate EVERYTHING. Then today at 4pm it’s back! So try not to worry. It is normally for symptoms to come and go, and be replaced by different ones as time goes on x

I completely understand. I've had 2 in the past. With one of my miscarriages I carried on having on and off symptoms for weeks. So it really doesn't mean anything 😊

Thanks both, I was just needing some reassurance which you've both given. Trying to take each day as it comes, as with everything just now lockdown doesn't help as the days drag!

Yes this exact thing happened to me and I was panicking until I was hit with awful morning sickness about a week later. Couldn’t even get out of bed for 4 days! I’m now 19 weeks. I know it’s hard but try not to think the worst. Good luck!

Same with me as well (also previous miscarriages so really panicked) I had awful morning sickness with all my miscarriages that didn't go away but this pregnancy it stopped then came back big time at 6 weeks. Hopefully same for you.

Experiencing the exact same but am 6 weeks... hope it's just a fluctuation in symptoms but am also worrying.
