6 weeks pregnant, 2nd pregnancy, mild cramping?

Hi just a quick one. Been having mild cramps on and off for the last few days. I have a 3 year old daughter and had a MMC in mid 2018. I dont remember any cramping with my daughter but I could be wrong. I'm just over 6 weeks pregnant, anyone else experiencing this? Could it be I'm noticing cramps more because it's my second pregnancy?

Mild cramps can be normal at the start or even (apparently) continuously throughout your pregnancy for some people. I looked it up as I had this for weeks at the start with no problems at all.

Thanks I've been looking it up all day too. I'm just extra paranoid because of the MMC:(

I’m not sure if if I’d call it cramping or if but I’ve had mild achey feelings down there on and off throughout (18 weeks now :) )

I have had cramping almost daily from about week 5/6. I'm now 16 weeks and heard the heartbeat at my midwife appointment yesterday, scan is normal. Midwife said it is just the uterus expanding.

Cramps are extremely normal as long as they're not accompanied by red blood

I had painful cramping with my 2nd 3rd 4th pregnancy around 5/6/7 weeks but all fine it's normal as long as no blood

I had constant cramping from a few days before I did the test till about 12 weeks. Felt like period cramps a lot of the time. Mostly pretty mild but the odd time it was pretty sore (sure my obsessing made it worse) Then after that have had the odd ache and pain most days (now 16 weeks). Have had 3 scans (2 early ones as so anxious) but all was fine. Midwife and doctor said pretty normal to get crampy feelings.
Try not to worry Smile

I never had any cramping or spotting with my son. This baby I've had cramping ever since I've found out and 3x spotting. Had 2x scans 1 being today and all is well! 13 weeks now 😃

I even was convinced I was coming on my period as my cramps were exactly like that feeling!! Hope all goes well xx

Thanks for all the responses ladies! I think my obsessing over it actually makes it worse. No bleeding though and they're only mild cramps so I'm most likely worrying over nothing :)

I could've wrote your thread myself- I'm in the exact same position. I have mild cramps in stomach and a dull back ache, feel like I'm just waiting for the bleeding to start Sad

Try not to worry, I had backache too with the cramps throughout first trimester. For a few days it almost got too sore to walk around and other days just a dull ache. All was fine and apparently really common.
