Hi, does anyone know if it safe to use a protein powder in a smoothie to top up on proteins. I've lost my appetite and find it hard to eat most things. OH made a lovely chicken curry for dinner and I had a few bites of chicken but was putting me off so only had a some rice, sauce and naan bread. Same with lunch, had cous cous with chicken and couldn't eat the chicken. Really worried I'm not getting enough proteins.
