Booking appointment and first scan? When should I hear?

I am almost 11 weeks and have had anything in regards to my booking appointment or first scan. (I M in their system and given them all my details at 6 weeks)
Trying not to be a pain and call to bother them but I'm getting so impatient!!

I’d call and just check you haven’t been missed anywhere. I have my booking in appointment at 9+4 and my midwife said it’s a little late as she usually sees ladies between 8 and 9 weeks.

I'm pretty sure I got my dates for the booking in appointment when I called to register and I either got the scan date on that same call or at the booking in appointment. It sounds like it's different for every NHS Trust but I would call to enquire, there's no harm in asking the question.

I kept hanging on in 2019 for my scan appointment and despite having my booking appointment, I didn't receive one. It was like getting blood out of a stone trying to get one when I rang up at 12 weeks asking for one, as apparently only a midwife can get it put on the system. I rang the hospital, gp, community midwife team etc. Eventually got one at 13w after lots of being fobbed off. I suggest you chase up.

Ah ok! I will give them a call on Monday to chase it up. I was assuming things were busy but didn't want to leave too long.

Where are you based op? You are supposed to hear back from your self referral within 10 working days I think?

I had my initial midwife appointment at 7+5 and got my scan letter a couple days later x

You should have heard by now as I believe booking bloods are supposed to be done before 11 weeks.

But your booking appointment should've been around 10 weeks and then your scan date received not long after

I had my appointments through within 2 weeks. Self referral done at 6wk, bloods done at 8+4, phone for history at 9+3. Dating scan letter came (electronically) the same day as phone app, will be 12+3wk (2 days time).

You are meant to have your booking appointment by 10 weeks.
