Loss of symptoms

Hello all!

Pregnant with second baby...

Both this pregnancy and my previous pregnancy I have had strong symptoms from before AF was due. Nausea, fatigue, sore boobs etc. In my previous pregnancy i had nausea and vomiting daily from 4 weeks until 16 weeks but now I am almost 6 weeks pregnant and my symptoms have all gone.

Now whilst I'm grateful that I don't have my head stuck down the toilet.. naturally I'm nervous that something isn't quite right.
I did suffer a mmc before DD so I am thinking it could be happening again.

Any positive outcomes from ladies that have lost their symptoms too?

@Madaleinerw
Most women don't get big symptoms until 6-7 weeks. Plus not everyone has the classic symptoms. You need to relax and count yourself lucky that you're not throwing up just yet! X

Hi. Symptoms don't mean anything by themselves so please don't worry.
I wish more people were told this because so many worry.
Symptoms disappearing don't mean a thing. Just feel lucky you don't have them all.
My symptoms always come and go. And most of the time, I've only ever had sore boobs.
I actually had more symptoms with my miscarriage than any other
