drinking alcohol before i discovered i was pregnant

i have discovered i'm 6-7 weeks pregnant and had a VERY big night drinking and smoking a few days before i found out. i'm so worried that i have damaged baby?? should i consider a termination??

It's absolutely fine. The placenta isn't formed at that stage so the alcohol won't have even reached the foetus. No damage done at all (and it's VERY common for people to have had big nights prior to finding out they're pregnant- honestly don't worry. It's fine)

I'd been drinking heavily before finding out with most of our kids and they're all perfectly healthy. Not an issue nowadays as I've been teetotal for 3 years.
