Doctor wants to call me re blood tests

I had my booking in appointment on Friday (I am 10 weeks today.) I have just had a call from the surgery to say the doctor wants to call me re blood test results on Tuesday. Should I be concerned? I'm thinking surely if it was more sinister they would tell me now I get me in tomorrow?!

You’re probably low on iron or something. Very common.

It could be anything.
Iron deficiency, blood type (Rh- require more appointments), a problem with the disease screening or something else. Unfortunately you'll just have to wait and see.
