Skin tags on my vagina? 25 weeks pregnant

Hi all I’m about 25 weeks pregnant and a few weeks ago I had what I thought was ah I growing hair spot appear which has gotten bigger. I worried after googling it could be a genital wart and more hace appeared. I have about 8 now, 2 larger than others and midwife looked other day and said they were skin tags and would go away, looks like more are coming though! Is there anything I can safely treat them with? They’re really bothering me and I can’t shave for fear of cutting them. Please help!

I had these under my boobs with my first pregnancy. They got quite sore by the end from rubbing on my bra so would recommend loose fitting undies as much as possible. I hated them and thought I'd need to get them cut off but the midwives were right, they literally disappeared soon after I gave birth. So odd! Try not to worry about them too much, they will go x

I've also acquired a new skin tag in my bikini area and a few under arm while pregnant, very odd. When i was a child i had a few on my neck that i kept catching etc and i had them frozen off at the GP (painful but worked). Will see if these new ones disappear on its own or not! Haven't caught them so far!
