So.. I had unprotected sex - He didn't ejaculate inside me but regardless, I took the morning after pill 12 hours later. My period had ended 3 days before and it was a total of 7 days since my period has started - I checked my ovulation calendar, and it wasn't during my fertile window so technically I should be fine, especially considering I took the morning after pill so I don't know if I'm being paranoid..

The next day I was having extremely bad abdominal cramps, and I had these for about a week. We definitely got a bit rough (he's quite big), and from google it seems like he had bruised my cervix or I had some inflammation or something. Other than that, everything seemed fine

It's now been about 2 weeks since I've had sex, about 8 days since my ovulation was meant to happen (I took the morning after pill so technically it's meant to be delayed or not happen at all) & my periods due sometime next week but I've started feeling super nauseous and yesterday I was having a few hot flushes. I don't have any other symptoms but it's kind of weird and I guess I need someone else opinion.

Considering everything, could it be that I'm pregnant? I definitely feel a little off. Could this just be because my periods due or perhaps because ovulation was delayed?

Someone help before I drive myself crazy lol! Confused

It doesnt sound likely. Try not to worry at the moment. Sickness normally kicks in around 6weeks pregnant

Your period may be a little late this month due to morning after pill, I took one once years ago and vaguely remember it being late afterwards

You'll only know if you take a test. If you have sex be it protected or unprotected there is always a chance you could be pregnant...

Morning after pill can commonly cause cramping and can mess your cycle around somewhat but the advice is that if your period is late, lighter or different in any way to do a test as it’s not a 100% guarantee.

I think it’s best to wait until period is due and just do a test.

I would say it is highly unlikey you are pregnant but with these things never say never. All you can really do now is wait until your period is due and take a test. As another poster said the morning after pill messed my cycle up a bit so dont freak out if its late.

It seems too early for nausea. At least for most women. My guess would be it’s not pregnancy from what you said but I guess you have to wait until period is due to be sure. Best of luck.
