Pregnancy, sex and spotting

So I am 20 weeks pregnant, had sex for the first time is ages last night, afterwards I had some spotting and am still really sore this morning, I'm rhesus negative, so I need anti d?

Contact your midwife. This is a medical question.

Yes any bleed when you are Rh- will require the anti-D so get in contact with your midwife to arrange this.
I would avoid sex until any soreness has subsided and maybe retink positions, depth etc.
