This is my second baby and I'm only 19 weeks but already takes some effort getting up from the floor and if I've been sat down a while I'm a bit waddly from pelvic pain. The worst is how sore I feel each morning I wake up, I feel like I've been sleeping on rocks.

Bit worried for what's to come where I'm only 19 weeks 😖 can't remember if I felt this sore at this point last time or not

Also wanted to add I'm not overweight, I'm in my late 20s and have no other health conditions. I just feel like my body isn't happy being pregnant lol 😬

Could it be pgp? Google pelvic partnership for info on how to deal with it and see if the symptoms fit.

You may have to make some adjustments, cut out certain activities etc... but you will get through this (because you have to).

Welcome to the worst club in the world.

Pgp/spd

I didnt have it with my first either but have for all my others, starting earlier each time (12/13 weeks this time)

Let your midwife know, there are physio exercises you can do, things you can avoid (inc sitting on the floor although hard if you have a little one)

Fwiw i find i can get up off the floor easier if i sit on a cushion
