Just wondering if anyone has adverse effects from metaclopramide or zofran? I took them last week out of desperation as my morning sickness has not eased at 12 weeks, since then I've been walking around in a foggy depressed stupor, and I feel like the nausea is worse .. am I going mad ? x

So I believe zofran is another name for ondansetron and I had to take that three times a day. It wears off pretty quickly so it sounds normal that you're feeling pretty crap and nauseous. Perhaps take one a day each morning to give you some relief. X

I found cariban much better than and effective than Zofran although more expensive. I usually take them in the evening around 5 or 6 pm, it kicks in and I go to bed and feel better the next day. I tried taking one tablet three times daily and I head was constantly woozy and dizzy. I'm 22 weeks and still nauseated.

Does Cariban make you sleepy?
