Discharge in early pregnancy

I appreciate this has probably been done to death, but I'm around 6 weeks pregnant and started having brown discharge last Monday. I had a scan at my local EPU last Tuesday and it was inconclusive - they could see the yolk sac and the gestational sac but said I would need to go back for another scan this week to see if there's been any growth.

On Saturday I passed two tiny clots of blood (smaller than a quarter of my smallest fingernail) and haven't had any discharge since - until 5 minutes ago. Sorry for the TMI, but its light brown in colour and mucous- I can't see any tissue.

On Saturday night and yesterday my pregnancy symptoms returned (nausea, tender breasts, and just "feeling pregnant") but now they've mostly gone.

Anyone been in a similar situation?

@Trintron
Sounds like old implantation blood at 5/6 weeks. I had this, and I've read many ladies who have also experienced this.
Also, you've not even got going with true pregnancy symptoms yet - enjoy it whilst it lasts, come 7/8 weeks you'll have them all! X

@Trintron to be as honest as possible, I'm currently undergoing my second miscarriage at 12 weeks.

I was experiencing light brown discharge which was barely even spotting.

Went in for an emergency scan where they saw a yolk sac & gestational sac but no foetal pole. They called me in two weeks for a scan to detect any growth because it may be too early but I haven't made it to two weeks later as I suddenly lost symptoms & clotted in no time!

I've now had to miscarry at home...

Please make sure to detect your discharge/blood & symptoms. Don't try HCG strips as mine are still positive despite me miscarrying.

I'm sending you lots of love and wishes for you to hear good news & have a baby in your arms safely xxxx
