Pregnant after a birth

I had sex with my partner at 5 weeks postpartum was stupid but in the moment we never used protection, he pulled out. Has anyone ever gotten pregnant straight away after birth and how was it?

Me haha! At 5 weeks postpartum i had a positive test (i only bled about 10 days after birth). Also the pull out method- oops! The pregnancy itself was fine, but mentally coping with a new baby (he was my 2nd) and pregnancy was somewhat hard. Once he was born he had really bad jaundice and needed to stay in hospital with the help of the phototherapy bed- i felt terrible guilt asking if it was to do with how soon id fallen pregnant but they simply could not say! Theres literally 10 months between my boys and its like having twins lol they have a brilliant bond and even ended up in the same school year together! No regrets here xx
