12 weeks and waiting to feel human again 😂

When does the pregnancy glow start? I’m about 12 weeks give or take a couple of days (dating scan on the 2nd) and I literally look like a troll, I’m bloated to the point I’m already in maternity wear, I’m so tired I haven’t brushed my hair in a week, my skin is terrible and I just look like a wreck 😂😂😂 and to add insult I thought I was out of the woods with morning sickness as i hadn’t been sick for a week then boom today I’ve either been festering on the sofa with the blinds shut (headache) or head down the loo and I just wanna know when I’m gonna look/ feel like a human again hahahaha

Oh OP I empathise. I’m nearly 12 weeks and have spent a good proportion of today crying because I just feel so outrageously shit and I have done for the past 10 weeks and I’m just so tired of it. I’m so worried 12 weeks will come and go and I’m still going to be a mess.

Really really really hope you start to feel better soon and you get that glow!

Oh @Thisisbananas3 I totally empathise! I hope you feel better soon! I’m honestly the least emotional person ever and I’ve cried about 3 times at how I met your mother re runs (not even sad it’s a comedy ffs) so I empathise! It doesn’t help that a) I’m on furlough so I just nope about feeling sorry for myself and b) I feel guilty for being so moany all the time 😂

Totally here for you if you ever wanna moan cause as wonderful as pregnancy is it’s not all sunshine and rainbows (as we are finding out the hard way!)

29 weeks here and still waiting!!

Glow? What glow? Sorry to tell you this but I'm 29 weeks and look like a spotty teenager despite being close to 40. It's doubly annoying because I actually had good skin in my teens! No grey hair then either... oh to be 18 again!

My pregnancy 'glow' (or at least feeling good) started at 31 weeks. Before that it was hell haha

15 weeks and waiting :( I felt like I was coming out of the worst of it last week but sickness, nausea and acne have all hit me again this week! I feel like just hibernating through this pregnancy lol

Nearly 11w and feeling exactly the same.
I am still having to go to work and pre pregnancy, I would have gone and got my hair done, put on a tan and maybe had some other nice treatments to try and make myself feel better but lockdown life means I'm just walking around looking like a total troll. I've just bought some big dresses and cardigans to hide in.

I’m glad its not just me, sorry to everyone far further along and still feeling rubbish! I’m a bit of a disaster prepper so i can prepare to not feel any better too soon 😂 been alright today but had to have my customary 2 hour nap and hour bath to feel human, weirdly wish I was at work to at least give me a routine/ distraction 😂 and yeah gutted I normally have lovely soft skin but scaley and spotty at the moment!
