Hi everyone, new here! I'm 28 +2 and I've been on the CGT machine for the last 10 days because I felt I had reduced movement 10 days ago. Since then movements have returned. I've had two scans which have been fine and some passes but not 2 passes in 24 hours. I just keep coming in every day to have the same test and get told I'm not meeting the criteria. This is my first baby and its stressing me out a lot now. They say nothing wrong but its their policy. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Thank you

Is it because baby is moving? I know when I was hooked up to the CTG if baby was active then she wouldn't meet the criteria. I was an in patient (for other reasons? so they would keep me on it for ages, over an hour sometimes, before baby met the criteria. It was purely just because she was active. Is this similar for you?

I'm like you. My baby is active..... just not at times I'm getting monitored! I had to stay overnight and monitored 3 times and all were fine but I don't see how a 1 hour snap shot into my babies daily activity is supposed to be a good representation. I've done 9 tests in the space of 6 days. Failed 3 in one day because the MACHINE was faulty (Maternity Day unit). Passed 3 in 24 hours (Maternity ward) Passed another 2 days later (in triage) then failed another onr 2 days after that (in the Maternity Day unit)

Funny how I only fail on certain machines. All the times I've failed hace only been in the Maternity Day Unit
