Feeling baby move at 15 weeks?!

Anyone else felt their baby move at 15 weeks?! It's my first child. It started as a feeling like something was rolling in my stomach, and now its little twinges or bubbling. Midwife thinks it's the baby but I still keep wondering if it's just wind!! Just feel like it's too early but it's happening too often now for it to really be anything else 😂

I had the same - the rolling feeling first and then the odd little kick that almost felt like a single heartbeat in my stomach. It’s the baby!

It’s very early for a first baby but I’m sure it’s possible!
I felt my first at 23w, my second at 18w and my third (current pregnancy) at 14w

The first movements for me feel like popping or slight muscle twitches.

I definitely felt my 1st that early - around 12/13
wks. I was quite slim then (much more than I am now) and by 16 wks I could see the bath water moving when the baby jiggled.

I felt my baby move at about that time - also a FTM. Wasn't 100% sure until 16/17 wks when it became unmistakable but it was definitely the baby. AT 18 wks DH could feel kicks. It's unusual but definitely not unheard of. One MW I saw wasn't surprised at all but the other didn't believe me! My Mum swears she felt my brother move at 12 weeks.

My placenta is at the front so I have been told 20+ weeks will be normal. I don't see how biologically something inside the womb only a few cm could cause visible movements but wrt internal ones...there is loads of anecdata so who knows!

I'm on my first pregnancy and felt him move from 16 weeks on the dot. Felt like bubbles / flutters but in a more concentrated location than digestive bubbles. Sounds right to me! Give it a week or two and you'll feel more and more sure about it I promise Smile

I'm 15+5 and got up during the night last night to pee and as I was sitting in the toilet leaving forward I swear I felt a pop/roll 😊 second pregnancy but third baby.

It's possible. 4th pregnancy and 14w4d and have felt the baby move the last two days.

Yes I started feeling a rolling movement at 15 weeks (although there was two in there).

LittleTiger007 · 22/01/2021 12:49

It’s possible. I felt definite baby sensations at about 14 weeks. They have continued, but some weeks I have felt nothing at all ... which was worrying. Don’t be worried if that happens because baby is still tiny and they can move to a position where they can’t be felt. Now at 23 weeks I’m feeling it daily but that has only been in the past week. Congratulations it’s the best feeling!

BertieBotts · 22/01/2021 12:54

Not impossible, I've always felt mine from about 13 weeks :)

NH01 · 22/01/2021 15:41

Thanks everyone! Good to know I'm not going crazy! It's definitely not happening all the time but in a few weeks I'll start feeling it more regularly anyway. Glad to know other people have had similar feelings/bubbles/twinges!

I am 15 weeks 4 days and I have been feeling a fluttering feeling in my stomach. It seems to only happen in the evenings when we are relaxing on the sofa. This is my first baby. As it happens near enough the same time everyday I think it's definitely the baby. 😊
