Today I had an ultrasound. I am 12 weeks 6 days according to my LMP. Everything was measuring 11 weeks 2 days. Does that mean i ovulated sooner or later? and were they measuring fetal or GA?

It means you are less pregnant than you have calculated so you would have ovulated later. They sometimes ask you to have another scan at 12 weeks if you aren't at that point yet. They work it out by measuring head to rump.

@Wherethereshope so the 11 weeks is gestation age so i conceived around 2 weeks after that?

It probably depends when you ovukated that month which can vary. The average is 14 days after your period but there's no hard and fast rule.

Is there a particular reason why your trying to work it out.

The month we fell pregnant was when we stopped trying and didn't follow any sort if calculations, and I was a week ahead compared to the dates I'd worked out.

@Wherethereshope Im just trying to figure out if i got pregnant from sex in early november or october 19th basically.

I'm 13 weeks 2 days and am 95% sure I ovulated on 31st Oct - 1st Nov based on clearblue digital OPKs. So based on your measurement of 11 weeks 2 days you are exactly 2 weeks after me so should have ovulated around 14th November. Obviously this might vary a bit if you have very long or short cycles (mine are normally 26-29 days). It's therefore very unlikely you conceived 19th October.

@notalwaysalondoner thank you very much. I was thinking maybe it took from october 19th until november to have the sperm meet the egg.

@isadorapolly it would mean that even if the baby measure 11 weeks 2 days according to like Crown rump and stuff?
