I've got this just today and I'm worried it can cause harm to the baby. I never had it in my first pregnancy. This is my second.

You should be fine, it's happened to me a few times during pregnancy, the first been just before I found out I was pregnant and what made do a test cos it was really unusual for me. If it carrys on speak to your gp they may give you something to replace electrolytes if they think its needed.

Try not to worry OP, the first couple of months of my pregnancy I was going between diarrhoea and constipation! If you're worried talk to your GP but try not to stress yourself out, just make sure you're drinking plenty of water to replace what you're losing
