This may sound like a silly question but as a ftm I'm hoping someone can help me. I have bought the nuk starter bottle set which comes with 2 small bottles and 2 larger bottles...10oz/300ml. My friend has kindly given me her tommee tippee electric steam steriliser as she no longer uses it. I know that the smaller bottles will be ok to fit on the bottom shelf but once baby takes the larger bottles how do you sterlise the bottles? Do you just lift out the top tier on the steriliser and only do a few bottles and teats on the bottom so not all the bottles for the day ahead? Also it says the cycle takes 5 mins so do you leave them in the steriliser until you need them or can you lift them out...but does that make them unsterile? How many bottles would you need for a baby and when do they usually start using the larger bottles? Sorry for all the silly questions...trying to get my head around all this. Thank you.
