I am looking for some advice. I have been on nexplanon since September 2018 and seems great up till now. They said I was due a new one September 2021, so few months away. But now with COVID they are saying to not come to get a new one as the implant actually lasts up to 4 years?! I’m having a lot is side effects or symptoms which I’m not sure if it’s pregnancy related or due to hormones running out. Side effects are: Severe dizziness, headaches, mood swings, extremely sore boobs, sharp pain in ovary area. I don’t get periods on nexplanon, just random bleeding. Last was nov 2020. Took a test today and was negative. Any advice?
