Nothing in sack... 6+6 .. could it be ok?

Had my dating scan today and it wasn't as hoped...

My sack is measuring 22cm which estimates 6 + 6 (thought I was 8+4) but my pcos could have throw dates. I did have bloods 29th dec and they were 5k hcg. We weren't trying and pcos so I don't know when I ovulate .

They couldn't see anything in the sack so I am either too early or it's not developing 😢she said it wasn't conclusive of no development till 25cm sack size .

She is sending everything to my doctor but I can't get a call till Monday. She said don't jump to conclusions as it's not uncommon but I am terrified now😭😭😭

Has anyone had similar and everything turned out ok?

I’m afraid I haven’t had a similar experience but wanted to give this thread a bump for you.

I know early scans can be misleading because you can be sure of dates and still be out, so I hope it’s just earlier than you thought and maybe some other posters can share their stories.

I’m sorry I’ve not been through this myself. Although I have read a few stories on here about this the. Going on to have a successful pregnancy at the next scan. As you don’t know when you ovulated it’s very possible you wouldn’t see anything yet.

So please try not to stress to much I know it’s way easier said than done. I hope someone with more experience than me can help. But don’t lose hope as I’ve heard a few times of this happening. Good luck I hope you get a scan and everything comes back positive for you.
