Early pregnancy hot flushes and achy lower back

Hi all, I’m 6.5 weeks at the moment with my second baby but am having very different feelings this time, I’ve had very achy lower back pains esp at night and lastnight I had hot flushes, has anyone else had similar?

I had both of these, the lower back pain lasted 2 weeks and stopped me sleeping! Hot flushes I still get (I’m 10 weeks ish) but definitely has been weeks 4-7 the most. Presume it’s hormonal!

@Thisisbananas3 thanks for replying I’m glad it’s not just me then, I didn’t seem to get this with my first baby so was a little worried. Still feeling nauseous on and off, waking up in sleep a lot at night still too, just can’t get comfy and keep getting hot , hopefully it will drop off soon :)
